I took my Lexus in for a 100k check. The service rep was exceptional. He was very nice, personable, and knowledgeable. He is the reason I gave the Toyota Spokane Valley any stars. According to their paperwork, they put on my tires all at a pressure of 35. My tires are supposed to be 35 front and 38 back. What actually happened was 2 tires, one in front and one in back, were 35, the other one in front was 38 and the other one in back was 19. I also found it strange that they reported my car was in perfect condition at its 100k check up. It could be, but based on what I saw with the tires, I fear they didn’t actually check all the things they were supposed to. More

Friendly and prompt service. However, when I received my car back it had scrapes and mud on the inside where someone drug their muddy shoes across the car. David Merkle has been "our" guy since the first time we brought our Highlander in to be serviced. He always explains what is going to be done and always has the service done in a timely manner. I brought my Rav4 in for maintenance service on March 30, 2023, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Mike Royce took the time to answer all of my questions about the services to be done on 2023, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Mike Royce took the time to answer all of my questions about the services to be done on my vehicle and arranged a convenient, after hours pick-up plan since I couldn't return before the service department closed. The work was completed before the estimated time, and Mike reviewed everything with me over the phone. I have always received excellent service at AutoNation Toyota, and this time was no different! This particular service visit was very frustrating. I checked in a little early, and all went well. The service was to take 1-2 hours, depending upon what was found. The service rep said he had been too busy processing new arrivals to let me know it was ready. Needless to say, I think this was inexcusable. More
