The service was OK. I didn't take as long as it has in the past. The service writer was very unfriendly. When my vehicle was ready he said "initial here and here" for the papwork (did not explain what I was initialing) and "here's your keys". Nothing else. Not sure if he was having a bad day or is always like that but still no reason to treat customers in that manner. More

I was recently at the service department and I bought the oil change service agreement. My truck is a diesel and not a Toyota so every time I go in for service they never have the oil or the oil filter. Ever oil change service agreement. Every time I schedule the appointment online I put in the comments reminding them that it’s a diesel and they need to get the oil and the filter and the last three oil changes it has not been there so I have had to sit in the service department for over three hours waiting for my vehicle. I was told by my service advisor that they don’t see those comments that are put online when scheduling the appointment so what good is that More
