Just had my vehicle services for maintenance required, turns out it was for the replacement of the cabin and engine air filter, service completed (included tire rotation). Notice engine idle was not the as if was prior to service and the vehicle as not running right, brought it back into the dealer today for resolution, it would appear the engineer added 2 - 3 quarts of oil to an already full crank, why he didn’t check the oil Level before hand is beyond me. service manager assisted in getting the truck right in and had 2 engineers check over the truck to see hay could be causing the idle / running problem, drained the oil and the problems appear has been resolved, now I’m dealing with occasional smoke from the excess oil in the catalytic converter and exhaust system to stop. Issue has been documented just in case of future engine issues More

Great service handling a recall notice for my Tacoma. They also offered my full synthetic oil change at half the price of the drive through places. They caught an issue my battery, it failed their test They also offered my full synthetic oil change at half the price of the drive through places. Anytime we’ve taken a vehicle for service they claim the same brake material levels every time, sometimes the amount has increased even! Not sure how brake pad material can grow?! One time a tech left their cigarette wrapper in my glovebox and a pair of greasy pliers on my floor mat! Clearly many employees are just checking boxes and don’t take personal responsibility in any of their work. Unfortunately some work, like recalls, have to be done at the dealership. More
