Our service was excellent BUT on the way home from the dealership, my wife experienced a weird event the car started running rough, acted as it would stop running and when she accelerated from the stop a dealership, my wife experienced a weird event the car started running rough, acted as it would stop running and when she accelerated from the stop a large cloud of black exhaust smoke came from the tailpipe. It seemed to clear up but gave us some concern as now we do not know what the car doing or if we will have some other problem. More

service staff is courteous and professional. Had an oil change, and have prepaid for oil changes when I purchased the vehicle. Was charged extra for the tire rotation, whereas the toyota dealership in Coeur d'Alene doesn't charge extra for the rotation or perhaps they just deducted from my prepaid oil changes. The dealership says they 'sanitize' the vehicle. Not sure what that means. It wasn't washed and the floor mats weren't taken out and cleaned, if that is what they are referring to. More
