I came to Auto Nation Toyota because Larry Miller Toyota kept giving me less time between oil changes to come in. First time 5,000, second 4,300 last and final time for me 3,800. For synthetic oil for a 201 kept giving me less time between oil changes to come in. First time 5,000, second 4,300 last and final time for me 3,800. For synthetic oil for a 2016 RAV4. Told me I needed to do transmission servicing even though there were only 56,000 miles, no towing done and service manual states 100,000 to 130,000 for service. Very rude!!!! More
I recently took my new to me Lexus in to have the brakes checked. Autonation thoroughly checked the brakes and told me that they were actually in great shape and that they didn’t need any work. In this day and age, to have a dealership say and do that, impressed me. I’ll definitely bring my Lexus back to them for future service. More
Even though the service department was very busy they got me in within a few days of my call. The service writer was very professional and thorough. Brought my Ford to a Toyota dealer, but despite that, they did a great job taking care of my vehicle. My oil change only took about an hour and half. There were no issues with sourcing a filter and the c they did a great job taking care of my vehicle. My oil change only took about an hour and half. I had previously been at another dealership in town and changed late last year. To make a long story short, I bought at a time that it took 4 months to actually get the vehicle.
