The service here is hit and miss it depends on the representative that assists you. My last time i got Zachary and auto tech Katie. Both were extremely knowledgable and detailed. To my surprise Zachar representative that assists you. My last time i got Zachary and auto tech Katie. Both were extremely knowledgable and detailed. To my surprise Zachary went the extra mile by followuping twice to give me a quote on a job and update me on a diagnostic i got done. Katie gave me pictures and provided a grwat summary of the work i needed. I will go back to this dealership but only if certain persons are assisting. The drawback was the wait time. More
