The GM is not interested in another chance to discuss what they can do to help. That is just an automated response. I called the number and spoke to his assistant. The GM never called us back. The assistant called back after she spoke to the GM and reminded us that we signed a paper authorizing them to perform two separate diagnostic tests at $149.99 a pop. The issue we have is that we don't believe the diagnostic tests were done, and we ended up paying $300. The day we dropped off the car, we received a call from the rep a little while after. He told us each repair would be over $900. We said it was too much. He then said the car was ready and to pick up the keys at the cashier. We found it odd that the rep never said to wait a little bit to pick up the car because they had to put the door back together. At the cashier, we asked to speak to the technician who worked on the car. We were told we had to go through the rep who sold us the diagnostic tests. We went to his office and said we wanted to speak to the technician. The rep had told us the technician had taken apart the door to perform a thorough diagnosis of the window. While the technician was on speaker, the rep said: "you took apart the door to find out the problem, right"? I asked the rep if he could allow the technician to speak with us without putting words in his mouth. I found out later that they have videos in the service center. I asked to see the video of our car so we could see the diagnostic tests that were performed. I was told they don't have videos for all the cars in the repair shop...
