AutoNation Toyota Weston - Service Center

Took my brand new car in to get serviced on something that was a problem from the factory. Had a 2:30 p.m. appointment. They took my car sent me home because they had to order the part. As soon as I got that was a problem from the factory. Had a 2:30 p.m. appointment. They took my car sent me home because they had to order the part. As soon as I got home they called me to drive back to pick up a courtesy car. Upon returning they had me wait another hour and then offered me my choice of cars?!? If they had so many courtesy cars why did I not leave with one until so many hours after my 2:30 appointment??? Why did I have to drive home and then back again and then wait? This service depart is so poorly organized it can drive a person to tears. The manager, a Mr. Landrove, was no where to be found on what appeared to be one of their busiest days. The only person to save the day was the cashier named Oscar. he was calm collected and highly overworked. No matter how stressed the customers became he kept people calm. Oscar deserves to be manager. More
