I began to break down again, a third time on my way home to Tampa before I found someone who diagnosed the problem in minutes and had me on the road, problem solved. I tried to reach out to the person id been texting with about the real problem I was having and was ignored. I also reached out to the G M, Mr. Babssi. He didn't respond either. More
Everything was fine until paying after service was completed. There was a problem with the credit card reader. It was very slow and kept locking up. The cashier said it would be fine. When I left, the reader screen was locked up with my bill displayed and she was trying to restart the system. When I got home, I was surprised to see two separate emailed credit card receipts for the same amount, posted several minutes apart. I immediately called the dealership and was told someone would call me back. No one did. I called again on Monday, 3 days later, and was again told someone would call me back. Again no one did. I checked with the credit card company and discovered that I was indeed billed twice for the same service, but that one of the charges had been credited back. Someone should have called me back to acknowledge there was a problem and that it had been fixed. It would have saved me several days worry and frustration since the double charge was for a significant amount of money. A simple email or text would have been fine. I was very disappointed in the quality of customer service provided by the billing department. More
