I own a Toyota Corolla 2022. This is my second time that the car is being towed to your shop. The reason for brining the car to your shop was that the break light was flashing, a This is my second time that the car is being towed to your shop. The reason for brining the car to your shop was that the break light was flashing, and when I called your service center, and Toyota road assistance both said that they cant troubleshoot over the phone, and the car has to be diagnosed inside the shop. As I mentioned, this is the second time it is happening, and still there is no explanation what caused it. The car has 8000 miles on it, and it is broken twice already. As I discussed this with the service center, there has to be only two reasons that this is happening either a bad design from Toyota engineers, or the car is a lemon either one is very disappointing for a manufacturer claims to build the most reliable cars in the world. More

The only thing I’d like to add to my review is the dealership should provide transportation for clients who are dropping off their car during the week.
