Service rep Alex was great. Service good and car was very clean. Only complaint I have is the young lady at the cashier desk. After almost an hour I went in to see why it was taking so long. A lady at the cashier desk had my car key and said it had been ready for a while. I took the key and asked the same young lady why she did not bring me the key? That I had been waiting almost an hour. She said that she went outside to look for me but that I was not there. I neither saw her nor did I move. I don’t think she went out at all and kept me waiting there. Maybe she did not like me because on our initial contact she kept speaking to me in Spanish and I would answer her in English. Just my preferred language. So Alex great, service great but did not appreciate my time being wasted like that. I will avoid her on my next visit. More
