He understood what I was looking for, was extremely attentive, and handled the entire process with friendliness, transparency, and confidence. After contacting Léo, Bishoy initiated the financing process. Always very friendly and willing to help, he exuded calm and dedicated himself to making the purchase happen. To sign the contract, I was taken to Tony. Tony was incredibly attentive, helped me navigate the contractual terms, and made the final process a breeze at such an important moment as buying a car. WORST dealership I’ve ever come across. AVOID AT ALL COST. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. My Highlander was recalled, they kept it for over a month, didn’t AVOID AT ALL COST. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. My Highlander was recalled, they kept it for over a month, didn’t fix it and then didn’t cover the cost for their own recall. they would never ever answer their phone to discuss with corporate Toyota… no repercussions. Absolutely terrible "service" experience. The idiots went through my personal belongings in the trunk of my car, to look for my tools to remove a spare tire. (No, it did not have a lock on The idiots went through my personal belongings in the trunk of my car, to look for my tools to remove a spare tire. (No, it did not have a lock on it). They did work I did not request or authorize, and they did it PRIOR to asking me. I spent 2.5 hours waiting for them to fix a flat tire, which ultimately they said they were unable to do, and tried to pressure me in to buying a new tire. I left the dealership, drove to Costco, and in less than one hour they repaired the tire for $10.99. I will never return to this business. More
