Genuinely love the salespeople here. They are NOT pushy at all. One of the greatest ever! Everyone always makes sure you get the best deal and work with you with the utmost patience. Now, the reason why I have three stars is due to the fact that this is now the second time in a row that I took my vehicle there for inspection and the service department went through stuff that was not needed. First time, they ended up removing settings that were not even needed to be checked and changed at all because they were not a part of what was requested. This last time, the plastic I kept on the floor closer to the driver's seat, on top of the car's name (I got the car basically new and it had one original plastic that I kept to avoid damages) was removed. Never asked for it. I get that some owners might forget about it, but unless it's asked (which I'm unsure why someone would ask them to remove since it's a simple task) to be removed by either parties, then it should not be messed with. Minor stuff but it's the fact that someone went through your personal "belonging" that bothers me. Either way, Toyota still makes the most reliable cars out there and this dealership is an amazing one. More
