I am very disappointed with the service received. I sent my daughter in on Monday the 13th to look at the brakes. A hardware kit was installed and Andres Turco told me this was the problem. After pay I sent my daughter in on Monday the 13th to look at the brakes. A hardware kit was installed and Andres Turco told me this was the problem. After paying for this my daughter explained the vehicle has the same issue. I sent up an appointment for her to go back today which is the 15th 2 days later and a supervisor had the nerve to tell her that all the good reps go home by 5pm and the reps available could not find an issue and she would need to come back tomorrow if she wanted premium service. Really this is Toyota. Then they proceed to tell her that all Toyota make the same squeaking noise. She was not able to gather a name as he came over but did not introduce himself. I would like a supervisor to call me on this to address the issue. More
