I tried discussing with managers but this dealership seems to think their meetings are more important than a customers time. Called main office in ft Lauderdale and never heard back. When finally the used car Mgr erkan and general Mgr nick got back to me they did nothing. Stay away. There are too many decent places to get a vehicle. More

The service advisors at this dealership are worse than sleazy used car salesmen. I took my vehicle in for service and was told I needed services that were unnecessary. After changing out my drive belt, my sleazy used car salesmen. I took my vehicle in for service and was told I needed services that were unnecessary. After changing out my drive belt, my vehicle squeaks and hesitates to stay on during cold starts. I took it back and was told that the belt was tightened (supposedly fixed the problem) but now the tensioner may be going bad. The next morning, the squeaking and hesitating is worse than before. I had absolutely no issues before the belt was replaced and I doubt that it was really needed in the first place. More
