Communication was absolutely terrible. Every time I called they said they would get the message to an advisor and the manager on duty and then would either send me to someone that went to voicemail, or told me someone would get back to me before the day was over, only to have nobody get back to me. By Sunday I had to go into the dealership to talk to someone who could help but they weren't even able to find my car. Finally heard from the manager Monday afternoon saying they dropped the ball and hadn't touched my car yet but would be getting to it and call me in the morning. He then hung up on me before I finished talking. Thank you to the advisor Japhet who was communicative, understanding of the situation, and was able to get my car serviced quickly. I was told I had 4 different advisors over the 5 day span they had my car. I'm glad that eventually everything was figured out and they comped a portion of the service, but the fact that it took 4 days to get a hold of someone on the phone who knew anything is terrible. More

Bought a new Sienna and had no debt, home paid off, other car paid off and excellent credit score - and yet did not get the Toyota 2.9 percent loan rate. Actually got 7.88 percent. Said I did not want the dent protection and appearance protection but was forced to take it. Floor mats were installed incorrectly, so the middle seat mat has a hole in it where the back seat latches to the floor. Typically car dealership. Autonation should do better. Do not plan to buy another car there. Sad thing is, other dealerships are likely worse. More

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism that Joel provided. Although I did not have N appointment he made accommodations to fit me in when another employee informed me I could not.
