I will be looking for another place to have my car serviced. I waited at the dealership for 5 hours and found out my car had not even been looked at. Thankfully, they provided me a rental car to all serviced. I waited at the dealership for 5 hours and found out my car had not even been looked at. Thankfully, they provided me a rental car to alleviate the situation. But, it was disappointing to wait 5 days. I spent over $2k to get my AC fixed, so after spending so much $$$, I wasn't in the mood for any other problems. Finally, when i picked up my car, the low fuel light was ON. I checked how many miles left, and it said zero. I wasn't sure if I could even make it to a nearby gas station without running out of gas. I don't plan to come back here. More

By far the worst experience I ever had with a dealership. They refused to honor the written proposal they made to me after I had already made the down payment. They told me that could not get the interest ra They refused to honor the written proposal they made to me after I had already made the down payment. They told me that could not get the interest rate that I receive in writing. I have contacted Toyota to complain about their very bad service. The manager was very rude and even told us to go to court. How can someone do business with a company that does not respect written contracts? Please choose any other Toyota dealership to avoid problems. More
