customer service was nice and Ivan was friendly and kept me informed. Took awhile before service started on my auto. Overall a good experience. It was easy to negotiate price. Dealt with six different people during the process which seemed like a lot. Unfortunately I am still waiting to receive my floor mats that I paid for. UPDATE: Finally got my floor mats. They aren’t the ones I was promised or paid for but at least I have floor mats in my car. Now I am trying to get my registration. Apparently they renewed my registration when I purchased my car but I have not received my tag or 2024 registration. I have emailed with no response, I have called and left a message with no response. I finally got ahold of someone in accounting and they said they reprinted and mailed me my registration. Unfortunately it is the old registration that is about to expire. So again I called and left a message and the call has not been returned. I have asked to speak with a manager but never can connect with one. The response to my original review says to reach out the the GM with a number. Unfortunately that number is just to the call que and I don’t get any further than I have for the last two weeks. Now I have to go to the DMV and pay again for my registration. Just so disheartening.
