The service department usually finishes the maintenance services (I always make an appointment) within the time indicated at inception. I didn't purchase my vehicle at this location (they didn't offer me t services (I always make an appointment) within the time indicated at inception. Wait time is way to long. Every time since 2020 I've had an appointment. I get there on time for a simple Oil change and Tire rotation and it's always 4 hours or longer. And Every time since 2020 I've had an appointment. I get there on time for a simple Oil change and Tire rotation and it's always 4 hours or longer. And then they won't offer any discounts for the wait unless you fuss about it. Ridiculous!! Get it together. Every customer that has to wait that long should get a gas card and a discount. Nothing will change until it hits the bottom line in profits. As there running about 300 on average thru service and can't keep staff. Just very, very disappointed. More

These mechanics are around oils all day and I would have hated for my car to get a spot that could not be removed. If you do not use seat covers or paper mats, you should let the customer know so we have the option to bring our own. More
