For the second time in 3 visits, I was asked to do a service already done. I was furious and asked to speak with the service manager. Rommy Smeir listened to me and was very apologetic. AutoNation has worked on my Highlander almost exclusively since I bought it from you , except for tires. I was informed that the injectors.shold be cleaned.. Really??? That service was done a few months ago. I am losing confidence in your service department. Are the service advisors or techs by chance paid a commission for their recommendations? You better make sure they need to be done or I will not return for another visit. I was NOT happy getting hosed but Rommy handled it very well, but AutoNation is on thin ice!
