AutoNation Toyota Winter Park

My 2020 Toyota Siena with 13,000 miles has a very audible clacking sound in the motor. The independent mechanic I took it too says it is most likely a problem with the lifters, which the dealership should f clacking sound in the motor. After almost two hours, the representative reported back to me that they performed all kinds of test on it but could not see (hear) any problem. That was last Monday. Now with the cold weather, the noise is even louder. Toyota engines have a reputation as the best in the world, but it appears I have a lemon and a dealership service department that wants to close it' eyes (or ears) to the problem. HELP, someone! I started looking for my car in September. No dealer had one I wanted and most did not want to help me. The other dealer wanted to charge me a five thousand dollar “Market adjustment” plus dealer fees. It made their price six thousand dollars more, if they could order the car I wanted. Autonation was different right from the start. EdWaldo tried every week when they received the allotment information in. He called or text me every week and when the Rav 4 I wanted was coming in he gave me the first choice. He was so professional, friendly and courteous. My sales and buying experience was fantastic so simple with no pressure. The finance person knew exactly what she was doing and so friendly. It took a little longer then I expected, but the process was simple. They texted, emailed and even called me the day after my purchase. The salesman gave me his personal cell number if I have any questions. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank y’all for everything. More
