The entire experience from start to finish was a pleasure. I first went into the dealership, looking for a new 2022 Corolla, and within one week drove one home as the pleased new owner. My 2020 Toyota Siena with 13,000 miles has a very audible clacking sound in the motor. The independent mechanic I took it too says it is most likely a problem with the lifters, which the dealership should f clacking sound in the motor. After almost two hours, the representative reported back to me that they performed all kinds of test on it but could not see (hear) any problem. That was last Monday. Now with the cold weather, the noise is even louder. Toyota engines have a reputation as the best in the world, but it appears I have a lemon and a dealership service department that wants to close it' eyes (or ears) to the problem. HELP, someone!
