AutoNation Toyota Winter Park

Been going there for decades and bought new many vehicles. Highly recommend them. On 01/30/2023, I was given a $0.99 coupon for an oil/filter change. So, I also wanted to pay for rotating of tir vehicles. Highly recommend them. On 01/30/2023, I was given a $0.99 coupon for an oil/filter change. So, I also wanted to pay for rotating of tires. First of all the There were "numerous" Customer Service Reps. But, I was told that I had to wait 10 minutes for one to finally come to me (why?). A Service Rep finally came. But, David Morales was not very friendly. He was not rude, just not friendly. He seemed stressed and tired, and annoyed. But, he was trying hard to do his job. David also appeared to be very confused and frustrated trying to type in his computer tablet for my vehicle service. He had a $34.90 total bill all wrong going to $220.83, then to $139.31, then to $135.91. I politely question him on this, and he just struggled with typing and said he was having trouble with the tablet computer. He finally asked a supervisor to help him. A very polite and friendly "white shirt" manager helped him and got the bill corrected very fast. There was nothing wrong with the computer tablet, just a little on-hands training was needed. Please also note, when I pulled in to the Service Rep area, I was the only vehicle in there and no one was waiting, except me. But, it still took David 15 minutes to check in my vehicle. I also noticed there was plenty of empty vehicle bays and mechanics standing around waiting for a vehicle to work on. Nope, it took 2 hours and 45 minutes to do a simple oil change and rotate the tires. I patiently waited, and did not complain. Especially, when the Toyota Dealership was so generous giving me an oil and filter change for only $0.99 cents. I am a retired 30-year veteran Florida State Police Officer, and very patient. I understand that sometimes people have a bad day. But, there was so many Service Reps that could have trained and helped David. In closing, I am happy with the over-all service and Thank You Toyota Dealership for the $0.99 cent coupon for an oil and filter change, which would have been over $100.00 More
