This dealer although unlike other deals that don’t pressure you into a buy, will sneak fees on fees on you when you finally are ready to bite. My beef with this dealership is mainly with service, I had only had one of their used 2020 Toyota highlanders for 2 months (4000 miles) and they wanted me to pay full price for a battery after doing all their CPO warranties and everything in between. Ontop of their BS warranties and service deals, they overbook service appointments online and in person. They had atleast 50 cars waiting in line for service at 9 am this morning of Friday Jan 13th. I keep getting less and less impressed with Toyota every time I’ve dealt with them. More

This dealership is willing to work with you to get a price that you are comfortable with. There are team members that are great and make you feel like you are a main priority while you are there. Howeve price that you are comfortable with. There are team members that are great and make you feel like you are a main priority while you are there. However, there are a lot of team members that do not. One of my biggest dislikes about this dealership is that you will need assistance and stand at someone's desk or reception area and multiple workers will simply walk past you. The only aspect that could be improved was that I mentioned the dashboard had to be reset, and upon returning to the dealership Cory reset the indicator himself and noticed I also didn't get a new oil change sticker. So he did that as well. But for a complimentary oil change coupon I still was happy, and thankful Cory saw the sticker was missing. More
