Went there for an oil change and maintenance. Was there from 1:30 and was told 45 min 3 hours later and only the oil change was done. The dealership apparently overbooked service appointments. I had a 10:00 am appointment. I did not get my vehicle back until 3:00 pm. That is 5 hours for a normal oil change, and 2 recalls, one appointments. I had a 10:00 am appointment. I did not get my vehicle back until 3:00 pm.
