Clinton Fair did a good job once he got to me (not his fault crazy busy there). I had a 9:30 am (Thurs) week-old appmt. Only for Rot/Bal & 20-point inspection. Usually in & out in an hour, not this time, fault crazy busy there). I had a 9:30 am (Thurs) week-old appmt. Only for Rot/Bal & 20-point inspection. Usually in & out in an hour, not this time, close to 2 hrs. I've never seen it this busy. Maybe I re-think to a Wed??? Never first or end of a week there. Good job Clinton (I doubt you get this rarely do Mgr's praise, I hope this one does). More

I have been getting my Corolla serviced here for many years which is probably why my car has run well for such a long time. Customer service has been overall good to excellent until this visit. The comm years which is probably why my car has run well for such a long time. Customer service has been overall good to excellent until this visit. The communication with the advisor was poor. It seems that texting is their go to means of communication now which is fine with me as long as you text responses to the customer questions and are willing to discuss the repair issue in detail by text or in a phone call. Disappointing to the point where I will be seeking alternatives for future car maintenance. I will also be looking at other choices other than a Toyota for next vehicle. I have never given this low of a rating for any service before this one. More
