Really bad experience, first time this happened to me at this dealer, I went for oil change Service and had to wait for more 2 1/2 hours , when I got my car back, it was so dirty outside and inside, it look this dealer, I went for oil change Service and had to wait for more 2 1/2 hours , when I got my car back, it was so dirty outside and inside, it looks it was parked next to the sprinkle system and not only my windows on the passenger side were dirty, the body as well( no complementary carwash anymore, not even offered ), getting in the car, all the driver seat floor and seat were full of dirt ( don't use the paper protection on the Matt anymore) or don't care. on the report said the tires were inspected and all are at 32, which I realized when I was driving all were even worse, 31,33,32 and 30, I paid for this service $79 including taxes, for me its too much for oil change, and getting this type of service not willing to comeback.they used to be good, I don't know what's happening now. More

Although one of the service members were not particular friendly the rest we were fairly friendly. I didn't like the time it took for them to fix the car as they stated it would take 3 hours however I didn friendly the rest we were fairly friendly. So just a bit more realism in terms of how long it will take to repair a vehicle. Other than that they did a good job. I will definitely return. More

I came on a Friday so it was a pretty busy bustling place but from what I hear, that was just an everyday thing! Waited 15 mins in line and It took a really long time for just an oil change - even with an ap but from what I hear, that was just an everyday thing! But what made it all worth it was there was a pretty decent cafe inside to order something substantial to eat, free coffee, a sparkling clean car and a responsive apologetic staff! Just bring a good book and the time will fly by :-) More
