I know they're super busy these days, but it's disappointing to see that affect the service. When I brought my car in they didn't even fill my tires up with air (the low pressure light was on for disappointing to see that affect the service. On my last visit a couple months ago, they recommended I change my brakes ASAP. Then when I came in again I asked them to check my brakes again to gauge how long I can go before replacing them — they instead said the brakes were fine. I'm assuming they didn't even check them with how rushed I was. I also asked them to check on this crazy liquid sloshing sound coming from the steering wheel, they seemed to not really look into it. Again, it was super packed as usual, so the rush is kind of understandable — but xxxx the reason I've been coming here for years is because of the confidence that they're doing the job right. Now, not so much. More

It was good to take my car through the dealer, because the service was excellent and the job cost me nothing, the tires guaranty covered all. The line that you have to wait in even if you have an appointment is 45 minutes to an hour! Once they get your car into to the back there is a reasonable wait and the customer service is good. They REALL appointment is 45 minutes to an hour! Once they get your car into to the back there is a reasonable wait and the customer service is good. They REALLY need to work on their intake process, until they do your best bet is to drop your car off the night before and drop your keys off in the key box. If you can't get some breakfast first because you are in for a LONG wait! More
