They were very busy -took a while in the service line but I did arrive early for my appointment. My service problem was taken care of even though it took two hours for a battery replacement. It was an AutoNa I did arrive early for my appointment. My service problem was taken care of even though it took two hours for a battery replacement. It was an AutoNation "lifetime" battery replaced per warranty plus my truck was washed! I was kept abreast of my status delay and made good use of my down time -Ale House was within walking distance. The fact that I did not have to pay $225 for a new battery more than compensated me for my lunch tab. I will more than likely return for another battery for my other vehicle since I can get it replaced at any AutoNation dealer in the country. I was impressed with the service even though they appeared to be "slammed" this day. More
