I went in for an oil change after calling the day before to find out how much this location charged. When I got my bill, I saw the price was $10 more than it should have been. When I told the advisor it was to find out how much this location charged. When I got my bill, I saw the price was $10 more than it should have been. When I told the advisor it was wrong, he said that it was the correct price. When I insisted he check, he saw the price was indeed wrong. It felt like they were trying to add to my bill and hoped I wouldn't notice (which I'm sure most people don't). He also told me I could use an additional coupon before I agreed to the service but would not honor the full amount on the bill. If I had known, I would have saved the coupon for another visit. I used to feel like the advisors here had the customers' best interests in mind, but now they are so focused on getting people in and out and adding unnecessary charges in hopes that people won't notice. More

I did make appointment at 10:30 am for service a diagnosis only. Later was 1:00pm and my car was not sevice yet bec i have to callbecause i was not getting update for my car so i was in the waiting diagnosis only. I originally contacted this dealer for purchasing a 2023 4 Runner. They did not have what we wanted in stock. The sales rep Marcus Leal said he would keep looking.
