The line that you have to wait in even if you have an appointment is 45 minutes to an hour! Once they get your car into to the back there is a reasonable wait and the customer service is good. Yes, dealerships do charge a bit more for basic services, but you get what you pay for. I've never had an issue with any of my services (dozens of them over the years). Then only downside is that this dealership and service center is so good that it gets very busy during peak times, so sometimes you need to wait to drop off or pickup a car. While that might be an inconvenience to some, it does tell you how popular the place is. They have developed a great reputation over the years, and that's why they are so busy. If you buy a car from them, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better service center. More
