Had an appointment but since my car was over 25k miles I went to the back of the line and my appt did not matter. Ended up waiting 2.5 hrs for a 20 minute service. Only after asking when my car would be don went to the back of the line and my appt did not matter. Ended up waiting 2.5 hrs for a 20 minute service. Only after asking when my car would be done did it get taken care of. Also then was told I would be charged for the service even though I have an extended maintenance policy. More

My journey to find a new car was a three day process. Over these three days I visited several dealers to find a car. Each place tuned me down or showed me something car not worth my money. Day 3, I promised my self I would go out with a better attitude and even decided to try for a Toyota, which I thought was out of my reach. When arrived Toyota Auto Nation - Winter Park, I was greeted with quick, friendly and professional representatives. I had the fortunate opportunity to work Henry Modaresi & Alfred Calderon. They took the time to work within my budget and find me a decent used 2022 Toyota Corolla LE. It goes to show ya there are good people out there willing to take the time to help and not just dismiss you but get to know you. I’m so grateful to have stumbled across their site and begin my conversation with Samy (sorry I don’t remember last name) via text to discuss who I was and would it be even possible to work within my budget. Between the turnover in your service writers, and the inability to diagnose the PCV valve gone bad - after asking about the noise and oil loss for t Between the turnover in your service writers, and the inability to diagnose the PCV valve gone bad - after asking about the noise and oil loss for three years. Being told by Alex (long since gone) it was a loose bolt making the noise, then Ezra missing it (also gone) although the engine was taken apart summer 2021 and major repairs done - still missing the PCV valve needing replaced. The only reason I took my car in for service this last time was to have a tire, that is still under warranty, repaired. More
