Brought in my SUV for an oil change. I had a n appointment for 10.00am and arrive by 9.30am. I return by 12.00 and was told that still not done it will take another 20 minutes. So i went I had a n appointment for 10.00am and arrive by 9.30am. I return by 12.00 and was told that still not done it will take another 20 minutes. So i went into the break area and waited an hour then i decided to check on it again. Again i was told the car was still not done and they will ask the mechanic department to place my car next. It took 4 hours to get the oil change????? WOW. During that visit i also learn that i have only 2 oil changes were the sales person sold me a two years of service. WOW. I saw the stand from the general manager were he stating that you strive to get you back in less than 90 minutes in an oil change. Never bother to call or text because i knew it wouldn't make a difference. Never got a text or a call. I even had to call the department so they can have my information to text me because they said the system wasn't working At the end the car was done and never received that text i could be spending a lot more time if wasn't because i kept checking on the car. Got a different advisor today (Michael Carolan) & he did a great job of giving me great customer service. He explained everything & I didn't feel pressured into getting a service not urgently needed. Even though there was very busy, they did take time to acknowledge that I was there. I understand the up front pricing, but would have like to had a little negotiation on the price.
