I went to get a routine maintenance for my Toyota and a diagnosis, the service was very nice. A girl named Maria Jose took care of me and she did a great job communicating everything the car needed to get diagnosis, the service was very nice. This was always a great Service center. But not this time. I think it is too crowded with Toyota Personnel taking up space in the service garage, but not well trained to help her customers. But not this time. I think it is too crowded with Toyota Personnel taking up space in the service garage, but not well trained to help her customers. I waited 2 hours before they even looked at my car in the mechanic area. I came out finally to see about the hold up. Brought car in a 10 am. Service rep came out about a half hour later. Car was taken to the back. Car was never worked on, as I found out after doing my own investigation. . At noon or 12:30 I found my service advisor and he did not seem to know that my Yaris had been completly overlooked. So then the rep went to the back an got them going.Sorry for the complaint. Much too long of a wait for nothing. More
