I arrived at dealership at 06:15 to have 1st oil change, alignment, and windshield wiper replacement (if needed per purchased service agreement), and tire rotation. Service was completed by 09:15 which I th alignment, and windshield wiper replacement (if needed per purchased service agreement), and tire rotation. Service was completed by 09:15 which I thought was timely. As I drove off lot I noticed a FEW THINGS not CORRECT.. First, my windshield wipers (REAR WINDOW WIPER NOT CHANGED), were not replaced with the same style as I was told they would be, and therfore not aesthetic to my eye or truck. I ALSO REQUESTED MY OLD WINDSHIELD WIPERS BE LEFT ON MY FRONT SEAT... Second issue was with alignment, where my steering wheel instead of being CENTERED, had to be turned to 11 o'clock position to keep my truck straight. I returned to dealership and long line and talked with service Advisor. STEWART AND JASPHET very helpful. I went to parts and obtained the Front wipers (I forgot about the rear which still wasn't replaced), and brought them to Stewart, who said he would personally replace.. Car was taken in to recheck alignment and was asked to drive with Technician to show problem. That was done and returned to dealership to have alignment issue taken care of.. I then had truck detailed and everything finally completed around 13:00..Overall I was at dealership close to 7 hrs for work that was "completed " by 9am.. this was stressful also in that I had to rush my plans as I had to work later that afternoon and I had already taken my work schedule into account when I arrived early to have work done. If I had encountered no issues at all, everything would have been fine.. Last note..before I had my car DETAILED, I put my original wipers that were replaced, back in the package of the ones they were replaced with , and put them on MY backseat. When my car was finally handed over and I looked around inside and out I noticed MY ORIGINAL WIPERS, IN PACKAGING, WERE NOT ON BACK SEAT AND MISSING. I went back inside and got my service manager, Jasphet, to Look with me to make sure I didn't overlook the wipers myself and even opened the rear door, in case they were thrown in back. They were gone.. Jasphet did the right thing and gave me a replacement set. My only issue here is NO ONE HAD THE RIGHT TO LEGALLY TOUCH OR REMOVE MY PROPERTY FROM MY TRUCK WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND CONSENT AS A CUSTOMER.. Overall this creates a Trust and integrity issue of what may happen in future visits. Overall I felt STEWART AND JASPHET were 100% attuned to my concerns as a Customer and addressed my issues to my SATISFACTION and turned a possible bad experience into a good one, except for the 7 hrs there. My Prius needed service about 6 months ago. The maintenance required light came on, so I took it to Toyota of Winter Park. I was told by one of the service advisors that because I had extensive work at my last visit, my car did not need to be serviced. My maintenance light came on last week and I took my car back to Toyota of Winter Park and my service advisor said, “Welcome back!” I told him that I brought my car in 5 months ago and was told I didn’t need service. So…. He looked like he didn’t believe me and proceeded to tell me that I had only brought my car in one time. I had my Prius serviced and had to have several filters replaced, as well as a tire rotation and alignment. It was quite a bit of money. I am really aggravated because I ALWAYS bring my car in to be serviced when the “maintenance required” light comes on. So from now on, my car WILL be serviced when I come in! More
