I came to dealership to lease as per advertisement, wanted a $220 per month deal, to later find out, its not as advertised because depends on you credit and its a $10K down payment with a higher month wanted a $220 per month deal, to later find out, its not as advertised because depends on you credit and its a $10K down payment with a higher monthly payment. (They did provide alot of scenarios, and explained more about leasing: I was not happy with monthly payments and down payments-too high). I was not planning to buy a car, so I did not come prepared and ask about one in the lot that had a good amount of amenities. My first visit it was one price upon returning the same day it was another price. So this is my complaint: There was no paper work or invoice produced in front of me and explained line by line. It was basically verbally, and when I wanted to purchase warranty, it was the representatives suggesting what is best for me, instead of showing me charts and pricing and let me decide, which I demanded to see. He obliged. And again was making the choices for me when he produced the charts with pricing. I hated the walking back and forth to some place; and took a long time to return to me in which I don't remember what I requested or talked about. There was alot of walking back and forth. Did not warm the seat at all. Also a relative of mine was there asking about a vehicle to see if he would purchase, they did acknowledge him but did nothing to show him a car. So I don't know if this is the culture of this dealership, to walk back and forth and not make the client comfortable by showing and telling them details and options and letting the consumer choose what they want. It was not smooth, I was not confident about this purchase ( I needed a car ASAP), I was surprised my relative was not taken care, could have made a possible sale. So the process is the main complaint that affected the rating for customer service but I must say, that both gentlemen were professional, friendly courteous, no complaints in that area but the process. I hope not to have an issue in the future for service on the car, I should not be paying for service until 45K miles. I hope I got all the information I needed. This is my first time buying a foreign car, I am pleasantly surprised with Toyota. I am liking my car, I was not in love with it, it is growing on me. Again no ill will towards the representatives, you are dealing with someone that like things in writing, understanding and likes to be thorough. More

My experience with Auto Nation Winter Park has always been good until Aug 26, 2022. I scheduled an appt for 1:00 for a 30K service and didn't get out of there until almost 4:00. Apparently there were o been good until Aug 26, 2022. I scheduled an appt for 1:00 for a 30K service and didn't get out of there until almost 4:00. Apparently there were over 300 services scheduled for that day which is ridiculous and inconvenient for people that wait for their vehicle. My service advisor, Japhet was very professional and apologetic over the issues. More
brought my car at the winter park dealership in 2016, no problems to this day. Only had oil changes. The service people are very nice and informative. Waiting areas and bathrooms clean.
