Came to replace trim on fender flare, bought from Toyota themselves. Come to pick up only assuming the job was done right, however it wasn’t. Love the pricing and inventory to pick from. All the staff seemed friendly and helpful. I will also add that they were not really great at communicating with in the team. They never had any paperwork started before we arrived for our scheduled confirmed purchase. So the purchase process takes a while do to lack of paperwork preparation. I will likely buy my next vehicle here, I just hope they can streamline the back office paperwork and be a little more prepared when scheduling purchase and pickup. More
