First time going and I was not expecting a pleasant experience, due to other dealerships telling me it would be 45-60 mins for a standard service check. Got there and it wasn't too busy. I was greeted experience, due to other dealerships telling me it would be 45-60 mins for a standard service check. Got there and it wasn't too busy. I was greeted fast and friendly. Was told it would be 45-60mins. "Ugh, here we go!" The waiting area was nice. Food counter that smelled GREAT! Free coffee kayos machine. WiFi and even a movie theater room! "Well, all nice but how long am I going to be here?!?!" Got a text after 65 mins from dropping off my car. Impressive! I will be back. Love Toyota's verticals and now I can add their service! Thank you very much! More
