wait two hours 45 minutes for oil and filter change plus tire rotation. I had to go outside to see if the car was ready because they never told me that the work was finished and I was in the room waiting tire rotation. I will start by saying Ramon was awesome as a sales person. He was kind, caring and helpful. Sadly the 2016 Jeep Cherokee we purchased for my daughter to drive while in college failed inspection with our mechanic. The vehicle was sold with numerous problems and an open recall, and I felt they were just not listening. Juan in reconditioning was very kind and patient, however I felt the managers there were more concerned with their profit margin than the safety of my daughter. After driving the car for two days a sensor warning lit up, we took it to Greenway Jeep who were able to fix some of the problems Autonation could not diagnose. The brakes failed inspection at two reputable mechanic shops, and finally I bypassed the used car manager and brought the car directly into service, where they discovered a broken master cylinder, finally fixing the brake problem. It took an entire month for my daughter to be able to drive her new car, leaving our family in a hardship of me having to loan her my car. I would have really appreciated feeling listened to prior to having to get the news involved. I felt the used car manager just continued to give me a hard time and not take me seriously. The brakes still are noisy, however they now do feel safer. A month was just too long. If you are going to take your vehicle for inspection, do it BEFORE you purchase. In all fairness, Autonation did cover the $200 of $205 cost at Greenway. More

I was told what service was to be done and the cost. The serviceman was not trying to push unnecessary repair. The negative part is the time it took to get done which the serviceman did inform me of possible delay due to high business that day and he was training new employee which took longer than normal for them to get to me. It was a typical service process. More
