And I did not request to do the tyre rotation which was billed and one I pointed out charges were removed and said tyre rotation was not done. According to the guide lines billing done once the job done.so either tyres were rotate which I don't require as I have already done and informed to agent which is a big issue for me or else it's not done , but thy do charge. So I'm not clear about what has happened. This is my experience from Start to end which is not satisfied. More

Poor experience with service. Scheduled a 7:00 am appointment arrived at 6:45, long line and other cars were there and serviced before me that did not have an appointment. Too Scheduled a 7:00 am appointment arrived at 6:45, long line and other cars were there and serviced before me that did not have an appointment. Took 2.5 hours for a basic oil change which is absurd. Then they could not locate my car. I saw the car as they drove it away from where they tell people to pick up their car. Finally after speaking to 2 people I got my car. Waste of time!!! More
The airbag in my Toyota Rav 4 had a recall. I came in for the replacement. The service personnel were friendly and courteous. The waiting areas were comfortable and clean. A very busy area.
