Been going to this dealership since it was Jimmy Bryan Toyota. Extremely happy with all services until this last one. I have never experienced an advisor so unwilling to help his customer. Everything I as Toyota. Extremely happy with all services until this last one. I have never experienced an advisor so unwilling to help his customer. Everything I asked he basically refused, very negative about everything. I even had to fight for a written estimate. All he wanted to do is spit out numbers at me and when I asked for a print out so I could review he said he couldn't do it. He finally told me I could read it off his computer screen. I ask how much total and he didn't know. Much more back and forth.. He actually finally gave me a verbal quote which ended being approx. $500 less that the bill. I literally made him print something for me otherwise I would have been in total shock with the the final bill. After all these years of coming to this dealership I won't let this one bad experience complete shy me away from you but it sure puts a seriously bad taste in my mouth and I will be very skeptical of all your employees as to whether I should trust them or not. Oh, lets top this off that he didn't have the decency to let me know he would be gone when I came to pick up my vehicle so I had absolutely no idea what the heck I was supposed to do. More

My family & I were impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism received from start to finish. From the courteous greeting to the cold bottled water, to umbrellas for covering in the h service and professionalism received from start to finish. From the courteous greeting to the cold bottled water, to umbrellas for covering in the heat, every part of the process was handled smoothly and seamlessly. Sales Associate Giovanni Papini provided stellar service without making me feel pressured or insulted (as If I did not know what I needed). He asked the right questions, paid attention to what I liked, and directed the conversation in ways that showed he was genuinely interested in ensuring that we left with the RIGHT vehicle. (He knew what would be the BEST car for me even when I almost settled). I also appreciated the managers who checked in on us without coming across as intrusive or subtly pressuring. But it was the candid conversation with Edward Haywood that left a great impression on me and my family. The closing became more than a transactional conversation but rose to the level of a relational dialogue as we shared personal life stories, and he gave my teenagers relevant information about money, car sales, career and other topics that reiterated what I had just shared with them. As we drove home in our new 'baby', I was at peace that what could have been a hassle, (the dreaded car buying experience) turned out to be a huge blessing.
