I recently visited Toyota AutoNation of Winter Park, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I brought in my vehicle for an appraisal, and they offered me $5,000 for it, which was extrem unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I brought in my vehicle for an appraisal, and they offered me $5,000 for it, which was extremely low. It’s clear that they could easily get $3,000-$4,000 more for it at auction, so this felt like a blatant lowball offer. It was as if they thought I wouldn’t notice or care, but the truth is, I expected a fairer deal. I understand dealerships need to make a profit, but offering such a low amount was insulting and made me feel like they were trying to take advantage. I would caution anyone thinking about trading in a vehicle here to do their research and not settle for less than what their car is worth. More

I normally won’t leave these as I’m not a negative person but, I bought a certified used car Jul 9th. July 12th it was in shop with motor issues. They had it for two weeks. 3 weeks later, back in the sho but, I bought a certified used car Jul 9th. July 12th it was in shop with motor issues. They had it for two weeks. 3 weeks later, back in the shop, same issues. The dealer kept it for a week, 2 weeks later the CV axle went out. Called to speak with customer service 3 times with no call back. This is my worst experience hiking a car. I’m so disappointed as I didn’t have a lot of money to begin with and the dealership, like snakes in the grass just takes advantage of people. It’s not like I bought of some guy off Facebook. I bought from a reputable dealer. In 2 months it has been in the repair shop 3 times. More
