When I arrived there was a long line of cars with a lot of people walking around not taking care of customers. I waited 15 min before someone came to me. After the check in process . I had a 10 a m appointment for an oil change. I arrived & the tech told me that my car would be washed & vacuumed then oil would be changed. 2 1/2 hours later the car was done! When I got home I I arrived & the tech told me that my car would be washed & vacuumed then oil would be changed. 2 1/2 hours later the car was done! When I got home I realized that they had not vacuumed & the car looked like it hadn't been washed. I could see the finger prints through the dirt on the hub caps! I phoned the dealership & told them that I was dissatisfied with the amount of time I had spent for them to service my car & that they hadn't done the wash or vacuum. Manager apologized & said that they would detail the car at my convenience. More
