When I arrived there was a long line of cars with a lot of people walking around not taking care of customers. I waited 15 min before someone came to me. After the check in process . Came for a flat tire it tôi almost 3 hrs to complet. Thí í the first time. All previous services were very cool. I have been coming to this place to have work done on my old Toyota Corolla and my new one for over 15 years. They have always been helpful and friendly to me and answered all my questions. I had a 10 a m appointment for an oil change. I arrived & the tech told me that my car would be washed & vacuumed then oil would be changed. 2 1/2 hours later the car was done! When I got home I I arrived & the tech told me that my car would be washed & vacuumed then oil would be changed. 2 1/2 hours later the car was done! When I got home I realized that they had not vacuumed & the car looked like it hadn't been washed. I could see the finger prints through the dirt on the hub caps! I phoned the dealership & told them that I was dissatisfied with the amount of time I had spent for them to service my car & that they hadn't done the wash or vacuum. Manager apologized & said that they would detail the car at my convenience. More
