I made an appointment 2 days ahead of time for an oil change and tire rotation on Friday July 8th at 8:30AM. I arrived exactly on time at 8:30AM for my appointment. This has occurred several times at this dealership. Why does it take so long to perform an oil change??? More

I was not pleased with the rip-off that I received from service advisor. I had and appointment for an oil change and the start/stop system connector broken which I told the advisor. He told me that I had t service advisor. I had and appointment for an oil change and the start/stop system connector broken which I told the advisor. He told me that I had to wait at least five hours, and I told him that I had an appt. why so long to change an oil and rotate tires. I rented a car to get home because I had the Gold Maintenance Plan to cover it. He never called my service warranty for the coverage and charged me $69.95 plus tax, labor $35 plus the car rental. I wanted to talk to the service manager which he never contacted him. I will never return to this dealer. More
