Dealer suggested to change spark plugs. Spark plugs are brand new from dealer. I guess they weren't checked. I got to the auto part area again after asking them where do I go to get my car serviced same answer back there around the corner I don't work there around the corner to know where's the back there around the corner is. After getting back there around the corner the person at the desk pointed to the desk in front of him after asking him. After getting to that desk I was told to go the garage when I was finally serviced it took me 5 times asking people just to get a car service all they had to say is go to the garage. The staff there are just hanging out chit chatting and just answer your question then ignore you. That was my first car service after buying my car brand new from toyota. "back there around the corner" then continue on gossiping at the main front desk is the most insulting thing you could do to a customer who just bought a brand new toyota the customer service should be a good experience if you're a car buyer or not. I was wearing a beanie on my head but I was wearing my pants baggy I don't need to wear a tuxedo to get even a plain service I was there to get an oil change and not there to go to a wedding. More

Disappointed with the transfer from lease to own expected a better method of explaining transfer of the deal. At the end found out that what I was paying while on lease ment nothing and was talked into chang a better method of explaining transfer of the deal. At the end found out that what I was paying while on lease ment nothing and was talked into changing to ownership loan left me with an upside down loan with higher interest and a car worth three times more than it’s worth. Very disappointed and now I am stuck with a car that I will always be under value and not able to trade for a newer car if I wished without paying off the overage of the loan. Very disappointed in the manner the sales person did me and telling me it was better to buy the car then stay on lease. I just should have turned in the lease car and purchased a new car like I wanted when I was trying to trade in the lease car for a new one. Very disappointed and dishonest on how he stuck me on a overage Laon. More
