I have purchased 4 vehicles from Autonation in the last 2 years and 2 of them from Toyota of Winter Park in the last 6 months. Unfortunately I will not be going back and I urge you to do the same. The prob years and 2 of them from Toyota of Winter Park in the last 6 months. Unfortunately I will not be going back and I urge you to do the same. The problem is their post sale service and communication. Getting someone on the phone is impossible. Several phone calls have been left with no return phone call. Been trying to cancel an 2 extended warranties and NO One seems interested to help. The cars have been fine but the after sale communication and follow thru is sub par. I would not recommend this dealer simply for that reason. Having to escalate this to Toyota Corporate for resolution. More
