Cory Pope is amazing, he always takes care of us by calling us, helping us figure out the best avenue for our three Toyotas, he goes the second mile and he is very nice to work with. I arrived at 8 am for a 8:30 appointment to check the brakes. The SA said the roters needed to be resurfaced but I choose to have them replaced since it's my wife's car. It took till 3 in the afternoon to have that done. The SA was very good to not charge me for labor, shop charge and just for parts. I have gone to this dealer for years and bought 4 cars, but it seems to be chaotic. More
