I made an appointment 2 days ahead of time for an oil change and tire rotation on Friday July 8th at 8:30AM. I arrived exactly on time at 8:30AM for my appointment. Service prices are very high however my regular aervice advisor does a fairly good job of explaining recommned services. My biggest complaint is recommendations for brake jobs. I've had two vehicles where I've been told that brakes should be replaced. I brought the vehicle home inspected the brakes myself and found that there was plenty of brake pad left, it seems to me like the mechanic isn't actually checking the brake pad maybe basing his advice on the level of fluid in the brake fluid container. As with any other dealer make sure that your review any recommendations before you act on them. Dealerships make most of their money on services provided, which for the most part are highly overpriced. This dealership is no different. More
