Oscar is my service representative. I have been bringing in my car for service for at least 15 years and have faithfully delt with Oscar. I have never been dissatisfied nor have I had to bring the car back after servicing. I always feel that I am his only customer. He takes such good care me. I trust him explicitly with my 2004 Toyota.
