The car was not fully cleaned . When I pointed out there was dog hair on the back seats I was told not to worry they would clean the car. I gave 5 points for service, but I do want to add that communication regarding which specific services would be performed on the vehicle and confirmation of the services with the client would be great. I wanted my tires to be rotated during this service time, but I forgot to confirm and the intake specialist failed to offer that service (although it was in the plan), and assumed I didn’t want that to be done. Service has declined in recent times. On my last visit the Service consultant was courteous, however they did sub-par work on my car, had to take off work to return car and waited about On my last visit the Service consultant was courteous, however they did sub-par work on my car, had to take off work to return car and waited about 2 1/2 hours. They apologized and rectified the issue, however this was insufficient reconciliation in my opinion. More
