We made an appointment for test drive and got confirmation e mail with car name , and also got a call 2 hours before. And we are all excited to see the car and buying it. But when we arrive, they confirmation e mail with car name , and also got a call 2 hours before. And we are all excited to see the car and buying it. But when we arrive, they said the car was sold in the morning!! They said some excuses but still can’t understand why this is happening. At least they can tell us the car was sold - so we don’t need to drive 4 hours! So upset. More

At 3 hours I found out the car had not been touched. I took the car and left. Was told they were backed-up. How backed up can you be by 8:30 am? Was told it is always like this on Monday. So what is the point of an appointment? Misery loves company - there were people everywhere waiting. Maybe take in fewer cars if this is expected every Monday? Total waste of my morning. More
