This review is for the service department, not for sales. I had a 10 am appt. this morning and showed up six minutes late. I rushed to get there, which I discovered was a joke, because when I got there, ther I had a 10 am appt. this morning and showed up six minutes late. I rushed to get there, which I discovered was a joke, because when I got there, there was a long line to get to the service department. I have used the service dept. before and have waited perhaps five minutes, but nothing like this. I waited 25 minutes, and then a young man handing out water came up, and I asked how long the wait would be, because I had my computer with me so I could jump on an 11 am meeting on Zoom. He said I would still be in line at 11. I was pretty perturbed and asked if we were waiting while every person got their oil changed. He said yes! I was shocked! What if someone wasn't there to get their oil changed! They still had to wait in that line while the people ahead of them did! Another staff member said the line is always long! What is going on there? I was pleased with my previous visits, so what changed? I ended up asking the person behind me to back up so I could get out and go home to make my meeting. I'll never go back, and I can't recommend them. It's insane. More
